“I enjoy working with people on a variety of different topics such as depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal thoughts, social anxiety, stress management and relationship conflict. My goal is to provide an inviting environment, that is free from judgement, to explore my clients’ sources of stress and pain. I use a collaborative approach with my clients to find helpful ways of navigating and managing those sources of stress and pain.”
